Jay Bailey driving a pickup, pulling a trailer loaded with a van, was going south on Hwy 13 and was slowing to turn onto County Road 28. A mobile home toter from Kentucky also traveling south topped a hill and unable to stop struck the rear of Baily's vehicles.The trailer, van and pickup rear bumper absorbed much of the impact. No one was injured.
